Responsibilities
- Float to Suffolk County locations as needed.
- Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients.
- Maintain patient well-being during exams; address patient discomfort or medical problems promptly.
- Administer contrast as needed, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Guide patients through the examination process, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Respond to physician inquiries regarding patients.
- Safeguard patient property and health information according to company policies.
- Manage on-site medications in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Show respect for company property and patient boundaries.
- Interact professionally and empathetically with patients, guests, and colleagues.
- Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
Qualifications
- State licensure and ARRT (R) or ARRT (CT) certification required.
- BLS certification may be required based on state regulations.
- One year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred.
Pay
Pay Range: $38.00 - $50.00 per hour
