CT Technologist

About the role

Perform both invasive and non-invasive procedures across multiple imaging modalities including Diagnostic, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, and Bone Densitometry.

Responsibilities

• Operate complex imaging equipment and assist physicians
• Utilize sterile techniques when necessary
• Perform high-quality imaging studies independently
• Work within at least two modalities to meet departmental needs
• Maintain certifications and continuing education
• Ensure patient safety and care throughout procedures

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited radiologic technology program
• ARRT registered with post-primary certification in at least one modality: CT, Mammography, or MRI within specified timeframes
• Prior experience in a multi-disciplined radiology department
• BLS certification

Qualifications

Preferred: two years of advanced discipline experience
