CT Technologist

Overview

Department: Radiology / Diagnostic Imaging
Schedule: Full-Time, Varied, 12 hour shifts
Hospital: Central Maine Medical Center
Location: Lewiston, ME

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Provides quality images
• Supports the Radiologist in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Processes and transmits images to PACS

Qualifications

• One year of acute, clinical radiology experience preferred
• Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment required
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required
• Radiology/CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State
• ARRT-CT Certification required
• Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire
• Proficient computer skills required
