We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to patient safety. The role involves positioning patients, operating imaging equipment, setting exposure factors, and processing images for radiologist review. The technologist ensures thorough documentation, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols, including medication reconciliation for IV contrast. Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
- Position patients and operate CT imaging equipment.
- Set exposure factors and process images for radiologist review.
- Ensure thorough documentation and quality control.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including medication reconciliation for IV contrast.
- Maintain professional communication and behavior to provide excellent patient care.
Qualifications
- ARRT certification required.
- CT certification required within six months of hire.
- Relevant state licensure required.
- Preferred: at least one year of experience in CT.
