Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic procedures utilizing radiation detection and imaging equipment.
- Provide quality care to patients of all age groups, from newborn to elderly, according to department standards.
- Complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Produce high quality images in a safe and efficient manner.
- Complete required exams.
- Send studies to reading station for radiologist review.
- Complete all associated documentation.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of accredited Imaging Program (required)
- Experience: 1-3 years preferred
- Certifications: ARRT (R) and documentation of CT training and experience; must obtain CT Registry within one year of hire; AHA BLS; state license if required
