Responsibilities
- Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients.
- Perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist.
- Provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program. Required
- Work Experience: 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist. Required
- Licenses and Certifications:
- ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R) Upon Hire. Required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire. Required
