CT Tech - Per Diem - Mercy San Diego
About the Role
Scripps Mercy Hospital, the oldest medical center in San Diego County, is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team at the San Diego campus in Hillcrest. This casual (per-diem) position offers 12-hour varied shifts, requiring flexibility throughout the week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as well as participation in the on-call rotation. Our hospital is renowned for its specialty services, including a Level I Trauma Center, outpatient physical rehabilitation, minimally invasive robotic surgery, and a childbirth unit with a Level II neonatal intensive care unit.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scanning/imaging in a hospital or clinic setting
- Conduct venipuncture procedures, ensuring completion of 10 sticks within 30 days of hire
- Provide patient-centered care in alignment with Scripps Health’s mission and values
Qualifications
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Completion of a CRT Venipuncture class with certificate provided at application
- Graduation from a formal training/educational program in an approved school of Radiology
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified in CT by ARRT
- 2+ years of experience in CT scanning/imaging
Pay
Position Pay Range: $59.81–$86.71/hour
