About the role

Perform CT scans to produce cross-sectional images of tissues and internal organs, aiding in diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for CT procedures and explain the process.
• Administer contrast media as required.
• Position patients accurately to obtain optimal imaging results.
• Select and adjust imaging techniques to ensure high-quality scans.
• Enter and verify patient data in imaging systems.
• Perform quality assurance checks on CT equipment.
• Assist with accreditation processes and maintain compliance with standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions and ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain safety standards for patients, staff, and self.
• Promote personalized, compassionate care in alignment with organizational policies.
• Support professional growth of peers and serve as a mentor.
• Collaborate with team members across departments.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Valid state licensure and certification from ARRT or NMTCB in CT.
• Minimum one year of CT experience or two years as a Radiological Technologist with CT training (preferred).

• Proficiency in patient maneuvering and positioning.
• Technical expertise in operating CT equipment and selecting imaging parameters.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to protocols.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple departments.
