CT Tech MRMC - Per diem

Major Responsibilities

• Properly performs all CT scan examinations appropriate to the age of the patient in inpatient and/or outpatient settings, consistent with departmental and professional standards and protocols.
• Gathers pertinent clinical data and maintains accurate patient records.
• Accurately completes all records, paperwork and billings and submits promptly.
• Positions and transfers patients appropriately and assists physicians with interventional exams.
• Promptly and properly completes exams, performs QC on images and appropriately sends exams to PACS for the physicians to review.

Position Qualifications

• Required: Graduate of an accredited radiological program. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or NMTCB certified in diagnostic CT. Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Preferred: N/A.

Experience/Skills

• Required: Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with peers to product optimum results. Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and families.
• Preferred: N/A.
