Role Overview The Gig CT (Computed Tomography) Technologist performs diagnostic imaging procedures to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. This role involves operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high-quality imaging standards. The technologist communicates effectively with patients and healthcare professionals and floats between designated facilities. Key Responsibilities Operate CT imaging equipment proficientlyEnsure patient safety and comfort during proceduresMaintain imaging quality standardsCollaborate with healthcare team membersAdapt to different facility environments Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program with clinical hours completedAt least 1 year of relevant experienceCurrent ARRT (CT) certification and BLS certificationState licensure may be required based on locationStrong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPhysical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various movements
