CT Scan Technician - In-house Registry Rotating

Role: CT Scan Tech responsible for providing computed tomography imaging and patient care services, adhering to organizational ethics, policies, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Position patients accurately and select appropriate anatomical and technical parameters, following ALARA principles.Implement radiation safety and protection standards.Assist physicians during CT procedures, including interventional tasks, and reconstruct CT images.Prepare and administer contrast media and medications within scope and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist program.ARRT Certification, with CT certification obtained within one year of hire.CPR-Basic Life Support and Illinois Emergency Management Agency licensure.Physical ability to lift/carry and push/pull up to 50 pounds. Preferred Experience: One year of Radiology Technologist experience.
