About the role
As a multimodality CT/Rad Technologist, you will operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue used to diagnose medical conditions. You will prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning the patient to capture optimal images requested by the physician. You will accurately interpret a physician’s scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate the CT scan and X-Ray equipment, and assist the radiologist in administering medication and contrast agents, performing biopsies, and all types of care to patients. Additional responsibilities include preparing examination rooms for CT scans and/or invasive procedures, monitoring inventory of supplies during room rotation, and maintaining room cleanliness.
Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
- (ARRT-CT) Computed Tomography certification (must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date)
- (ARRT-R) Radiography certification
- Vocational School Graduate

Pay
Hourly wage estimate: $36.90 - $55.35 per hour. The estimate represents the typical wage range for candidates hired. Factors such as specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees in this role may determine your actual salary. The typical candidate is hired below the midpoint of the range.
