CT MRI Technologist

About the role

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in CT and MRI to perform high-quality imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conducting CT and MRI exams while reviewing patient history for appropriateness and contraindications.
• Screening patients, staff, and equipment for safety compliance, including documentation.
• Positioning patients accurately to ensure optimal imaging results.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and medical staff across diverse age groups.
• Applying departmental policies, maintaining safety standards, and using radiology software and equipment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of CT/MR experience and relevant registry certification (ARRT, ARMRIT).
• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Current BLS certification and knowledge of radiation and MR safety.
• Proficiency in radiology software, patient care, and communication skills.
• Ability to make independent judgments, prioritize tasks, and adapt to new technology.
• Must meet physical requirements and licensing standards.

Pay

Compensation ranges from $28.68 to $53.35 per hour.

Position may require background screening per Florida law.
