About the role

We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for customers at a busy service branch. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating repair appointments, creating work orders, and supporting day-to-day service operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers both in person and over the phone.
  • Receive customer inquiries and gather information regarding service needs.
  • Schedule repair appointments, equipment drop-offs, and pick-ups.
  • Create and maintain work orders in company systems.
  • Provide customers with service status updates and general support.
  • Assist with troubleshooting inquiries and direct technical issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and customer records.
  • Cook up with service technicians and internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and deliver a professional customer experience.
  • Support branch operations and administrative activities as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with customers both in person and by phone.
  • Able to prioritize work, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with computers and data entry systems.

Qualifications

  • Service Writer, Service Advisor, Service Coordinator, or Service Administrator experience.
  • Previous experience in the automotive, equipment service, maintenance, repair, or dealership industries.
  • Experience creating work orders, scheduling appointments, and supporting service operations.
