(CSS) Clinical Support Specialist

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care services to patients in a fast-paced environment. They will work closely with the team to ensure patient satisfaction and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
• Administer local anesthesia and other medications as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients to gather medical history and explain treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to infection control protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene or related field.
• Current license to practice as a Dental Hygienist in South Carolina.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including electronic health records.
• Passing score on the National Board Dental Hygiene Examination.
