Responsibilities

• Greeting customers who walk into the office
• Working as part of a team to grow and improve the business
• Assisting with taking Greyhound reservations and handling walk‑in customers
• Janitorial duties: cleaning restrooms and office areas
• Making change for passengers
• Selling tickets to walk‑in passengers
• Ensuring passengers reach their buses on time and board the correct bus

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Professional attitude and attire at all times
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle information confidentially
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word preferred
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment
• Friendly and upbeat personality
• Willing to work weekends

Pay

Compensation: $21.30 per hour (Sunday‑Saturday, 3 AM–9 AM). Training wage: $19.00 per hour.

Schedule

Location: 503 S Royal Brougham Street, Seattle, WA (one block from Seattle Light Rail).
Shift A: Sunday‑Saturday, 3 AM–9 AM.
Shift B (Mon‑Fri): 2:30 PM–11:30 PM with a 30‑minute lunch.
