Pay
$21.30 per hour, plus a $3.00 premium for a total of $24.30 per hour. Training wage: $19.00 per hour.
Schedule
Sunday - Saturday, starting at 3:00 AM until 9:00 AM.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer emails
- Greet customers who walk into the office
- Work as part of a team to grow and improve the business
- Assist with taking Greyhound reservations and taking care of walk-in customers
- Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning restrooms and the office
- Make change for passengers
- Sell tickets to walk-in passengers
- Ensure passengers are getting to their buses on time and are on the correct bus
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional attitude and attire at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle information confidentially
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word is preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and upbeat personality
- Willing to work weekends
