CSR (Peak-Time Teller)

About the role

This position represents the bank in processing various types of transactions for customers, balances cash daily, makes referrals to other lines of business within the company, and answers customer inquiries pertaining to various services. This position directly influences the overall efficiency and service level of the retail services area. Typically, this is an entry-level position where little or no previous transferrable skills or experience are present (training required), though previous banking and/or cash handling experience will be considered.
