CSR- In office Sales Representative

About the role

This is a full-time position providing professional, courteous service to internal and external customers in a sales and customer-service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions regarding their insurance policy
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify potential customer needs related to their policy
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development as needed
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• Perform First Notice of Loss (FNOL) vehicle inspections, including taking photographs (squatting, bending, and flexing required)
• Make bank deposits
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate computer literacy
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful but not required
• Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
• Ability to provide a first-rate customer experience
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is helpful
