As a CSR-In Office Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing insurance claims, and providing support to clients. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of insurance policies.Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions through phone and email
- Process insurance claims efficiently and accurately
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their insurance policies
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints professionally
- Update customer records and maintain accurate files
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
- Proficiency in using insurance claim systems
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
