About the role
The primary responsibility is to sell insurance policies in an in-office setting. This includes prospecting new clients, providing detailed information about insurance products, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Sell insurance policies to clients in an in-office environment.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Provide detailed information about insurance products and answer client questions.
- Closely work with underwriters and other departments within the company to ensure accurate policy issuance.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
