About the role

The primary responsibility is to sell insurance policies in an in-office setting. This includes prospecting new clients, providing detailed information about insurance products, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Sell insurance policies to clients in an in-office environment.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Provide detailed information about insurance products and answer client questions.
  • Closely work with underwriters and other departments within the company to ensure accurate policy issuance.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
