CSR- In office Sales Representative

About the role

Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to sell insurance products. This includes prospecting new clients, handling existing client needs, and maintaining strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and qualifying potential clients
• Presenting insurance solutions to clients
• Handling claims and providing post-sale support
• Maintaining client records and reports

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Valid driver’s license

Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
