About the role

Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to sell insurance products. This includes prospecting new clients, handling existing client inquiries, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new clients through phone calls, emails, and social media
  • Handling existing client inquiries and providing personalized service
  • Closing sales by demonstrating product benefits and addressing client concerns
  • Updating client records and maintaining accurate files
  • Participating in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and share best practices

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
