About the role

As a CSR-In Office Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing insurance claims, and providing support to clients. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of insurance policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions through phone calls and emails
  • Process insurance claims efficiently and accurately
  • Provide detailed explanations of insurance policies and coverage options
  • Handle escalated issues and complaints professionally
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all transactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 annually.

Schedule

This role is full-time and works Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
