About the role

Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to sell insurance products. This includes prospecting new clients, handling existing client needs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and qualifying potential customers
  • Selling insurance products to meet client needs
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication and service
  • Handling inquiries and claims from current clients
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
