Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships to sell insurance products
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers
- Handle and resolve customer claims efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (if required for travel)
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
