CSR- In office Sales Representative

About the role

Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to sell insurance products. This includes providing quotes, handling claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships to sell insurance products
• Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers
• Handle and resolve customer claims efficiently
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license (if required for travel)

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
