CSR- In office Sales Representative

About the role

Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to sell insurance products. This includes providing personalized service, handling claims, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions to close sales and maintain long-term relationships.
• Handle claims and provide support to clients as needed.
• Stay updated on new insurance products and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to sales and client interactions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
