About the role
The primary responsibility is to sell insurance products in an office setting. This includes prospecting new clients, handling existing client needs, and closing sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with current clients
- Present insurance solutions that meet client needs
- Close sales through persuasive communication and negotiation
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass a background check
