About the role

The primary responsibility is to sell insurance policies in an office setting. This includes prospecting new clients, providing detailed information about insurance products, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new clients and build relationships through phone calls and face-to-face meetings.
  • Provide detailed information about insurance products and answer client questions.
  • Closely monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Manage customer service inquiries and complaints.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of various types of insurance products.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$25-$30 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
