About the role
The primary responsibility is to sell insurance policies in an office setting. This includes prospecting new clients, providing detailed information about insurance products, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Sell insurance policies to clients in an office environment
- Prospect new clients and build relationships through effective communication
- Provide detailed information about insurance products and answer client questions
- Closely work with underwriters and other departments within the agency to ensure accurate policy issuance
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (not required but preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (for out-of-office visits)
