About the role
Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to sell insurance products. This includes prospecting new clients, providing quotes, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and qualifying potential customers
- Providing detailed insurance quotes and policy information
- Closing sales through effective communication and negotiation
- Managing customer files and maintaining accurate records
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (for field visits)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
