About the role

As a CSR-In Office Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing insurance claims, and providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions through phone and email
  • Process insurance claims efficiently and accurately
  • Provide timely updates on claim status to customers
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints professionally
  • Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Pass a background check

Pay

Salary range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
