CSR- In office Sales Representative

About the role

The primary responsibility is to sell insurance policies in an in-office setting. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and close sales through effective communication and relationship building.
• Provide detailed information about insurance products and assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Manage customer files and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new insurance products and industry trends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
