About the role
The primary responsibility is to sell insurance policies in an in-office setting. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and close sales through effective communication and relationship building.
- Provide detailed information about insurance products and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Manage customer files and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new insurance products and industry trends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
