CSR- In office Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers.
• Answers questions regarding customer’s policy.
• Accepts payments and processes transactions.
• Identifies potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy.
• Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations.
• Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development as needed.
• Maintains a neat and clean work area and office.
• Handles First Notice of Loss (FNOL) vehicle inspections, including taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required).
• Makes bank run deposits.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate computer literacy desired.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to provide a first-rate customer experience.
• Must pass state licensing requirements.
• Flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma.
• Previous customer service experience is helpful.
