CSR- In office Sales Representative

About the role

Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to sell insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and presenting insurance solutions.
• Manage and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, including claims processing and policy maintenance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$30 - $40 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
