About the role
Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to sell insurance products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and presenting insurance solutions.
- Manage and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, including claims processing and policy maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
