About the role
The primary responsibility is to sell insurance products in an office setting. This includes prospecting new clients, handling existing client needs, and closing sales through effective communication and negotiation.
Responsibilities
- Sell insurance products to meet sales targets
- Prospect new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about insurance policies
- Close sales through effective communication and negotiation
- Manage customer service aspects of the sales process
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (not required but preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Experience in a sales-oriented environment
Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficient in using CRM software (not required but helpful)
