About the role
The primary responsibility is to sell insurance products in an in-office setting. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of insurance policies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls to potential clients to promote insurance products.
- Provide detailed explanations of insurance policies and assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new insurance products and industry trends.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
