As a CSR-In Office Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to insurance clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients to provide accurate and timely information about insurance policies.
- Process claims efficiently and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product changes to effectively communicate with clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
