About the role

As a CSR-In Office Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to insurance clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients to provide accurate and timely information about insurance policies.
  • Process claims efficiently and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product changes to effectively communicate with clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
