CSR- In office Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answers questions regarding customer’s policy
• Accepts payments and processes transactions
• Identifies potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
• Follows up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Involved with marketing initiatives for new business development as needed
• Maintains a neat and clean work area and office
• Handles First Notice of Loss (FNOL) vehicle inspections, including taking vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
• Makes bank run deposits
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills desired)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and ability to provide a first-rate customer experience
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma
• Previous customer service experience is helpful
