About the role

Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to promote insurance products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Present insurance solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Manage customer inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Follow up on sales leads and close deals
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
