CSR- In office Sales Representative

About the role

The primary responsibility is to sell insurance products in an office setting. This includes prospecting new clients, handling existing customer inquiries, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients through various channels
• Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about insurance products
• Closely work with underwriters to process applications and ensure timely policy issuance
• Manage client relationships to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
