Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to promote insurance products and services. This includes handling inquiries, providing quotes, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions to build long-term relationships
- Provide accurate and timely quotes and policy information
- Close sales through effective communication and negotiation
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (if required for travel)
- Pass a background check
