About the role

Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to sell insurance products. This includes prospecting new clients, providing quotes, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new clients through various channels
  • Providing detailed quotes and policy information
  • Closing sales by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing client concerns
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver’s license (if required for travel)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (optional but preferred)
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
  • Experience with CRM systems (optional but beneficial)

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
