About the role
Responsible for managing customer relationships in an office setting to sell insurance products. This includes prospecting new clients, providing quotes, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting new clients through various channels
- Providing detailed quotes and policy information
- Closing sales by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing client concerns
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license (if required for travel)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (optional but preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Experience with CRM systems (optional but beneficial)
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
