About the role

The primary responsibility is to sell insurance products in an in-office setting. This includes prospecting new clients, handling existing customer inquiries, and closing sales through effective communication and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Sell insurance products to both new and existing customers
  • Prospect potential clients and manage their relationships
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about insurance policies
  • Closely collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of sales experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for field visits)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay
