About the role
The primary responsibility is to sell insurance products in an in-office setting. This includes prospecting new clients, handling existing customer inquiries, and closing sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Sell insurance products to both new and existing customers
- Prospect potential clients and manage their relationships
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about insurance policies
- Closely collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for field visits)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
