CSR - Candlewood Location

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Aid customers in finding products and provide product knowledge
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
• Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves as needed
• Ensure the store premises are clean, tidy, and presentable
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Promote store promotions and upsell additional products or services
• Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Flexibility to work evening, weekends, and holidays as per store schedule
