About the role
The CSEC Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing clinical services within a healthcare setting. This includes managing staff, ensuring quality care, and adhering to all regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of clinical services
- Manage and mentor clinical staff
- Evaluate clinical outcomes and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
- At least 5 years of relevant clinical experience
- Current licensure/certification in relevant field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of clinical best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
