About the role
Provide essential food services including preparing, cooking, and serving all menus. This is a seasonal, stipend-pay position at $250-$375/week depending on experience; lodging and meals included.

Responsibilities
- Thorough, safe, food preparation
- Implement menus during summer camp to satisfactory levels
- Adhere to program standards including safety and cleanliness standards
- Maintain positive relations with parents and other staff
- Model relationship-building skills in all interactions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a food service establishment
- Experience preferred in one or more of the following areas: resident camp food service, banquet food service, large scale catering
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous experience with diverse populations preferred
Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, stand, kneel, and stoop, and must be able to lift, pull and move up to 50 pounds, and stand or sit for long periods of time.
