We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove statements like "All qualified applicants will receive consideration..." (EEO) and "Job posted on September 15, 2026..." etc. Also remove "We value collaboration..." hybrid policy maybe not needed? It's not a specific benefit? Might be considered part of Benefits? It's about working policy; could be considered a benefit but not explicit benefit like health etc. Might keep as part of Benefits? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. The hybrid working policy is specific content about work arrangement; could be considered under Benefits or maybe Schedule? It's not Pay or Schedule. Could be under Benefits as a work flexibility benefit. But we have to decide. We need to preserve all substantive information: description of role, responsibilities list, requirements list, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay range. Also maybe mention location (Corpus Christi, TX) - could be part of About the role? Might include in a short paragraph. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we can start with

About the role

then a paragraph summarizing the role. Then Responsibilities: list bullet points from the responsibilities bullet list. Then Requirements: maybe combine "Here's what you'll need" list. Qualifications: maybe separate education/certifications? The posting includes "Ideally, you'll also have" list and "Bachelor’s degree..." etc. Could treat as Qualifications. Skills: maybe separate communication, analytical etc. But we have overlapping. We need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But instructions: use headings for those categories if content exists. We can have Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Avoid Schedule (no specific schedule info). Benefits: we have health and welfare benefits description, unlimited PPTO, holidays, caregiver leave, 401k, stock purchase, deferred compensation, merit increases, performance bonus, stock. Also hybrid working policy maybe. Pay: base salary range $102,900 to $141,500. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we capture all substantive info. Let's extract: About the role: Jacobs description, impact, CSA Quality Manager in Corpus Christi, TX, working on state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities, key member of Construction Management Team accountable for ... (list of duties). Actually those duties are responsibilities. So About the role could be a brief overview: "At Jacobs, we're challenging today to reinvent tomorrow... We're looking for a CSA Quality Manager in Corpus Christi, TX who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities." Responsibilities bullet list: - Communicating field quality issues to appropriate stakeholders - Working with discipline subcontractors to ensure that the contractor quality plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) are in place and in compliance with site specific requirements - Leading contractor quality audits on-site and in fabrication facilities - Leading the effort to ensure ITPs and inspection and test forms (Test Packs) are understood by the contractor and construction management team, acted on and completed as required in a timely fashion, with all Test Packs completed in compliance with ITPs - Assisting in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements - Providing on-site assistance, monitoring and visually inspecting material at receipt and before installation - Ensuring Nonconformities are captured in Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and approved corrective actions are implemented Requirements (from "Here's what you'll need"): - 10 years of experience working in the Industrial Construction Field, with applicable QA/QC experience - Effective oral and written communication - Ability to read and understand engineering specifications, documents, and drawings. - Proficiency in Office 365 platforms such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. - Strong communication skills both verbal and written (duplicate of effective oral/written? but we keep) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas Qualifications (Ideally, you'll also have): - Ability to learn quickly, driven to broaden knowledge base - Ability to work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams - Adaptability - Life Sciences/Pharma construction experience - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or applicable on-the-job experience. - Certified technical training is preferred Skills: maybe we could separate communication, analytical, problem-solving, Office 365 proficiency, etc. But we already have those in Requirements. Could combine Requirements and Skills? But we need to follow instruction: use headings for sections if content exists. We could have Requirements (experience, education, certifications) and Skills (soft skills, technical skills). However the posting lumps them together. To avoid thin sections, we could make one section "Requirements and Skills" but heading must be exactly one of the allowed headings. Not allowed to create custom heading. So we need to pick which headings to use. We could use Requirements for experience and qualifications, and Skills for abilities like communication, analytical, Office 365, etc. But we risk duplication. Better: Use Requirements for the "Here's what you'll need" list (including experience, communication, Office 365, analytical, forward thinking). Use Qualifications for the "Ideally, you'll also have" list (including ability to learn quickly, teamwork, adaptability, Life Sciences/Pharma experience, Bachelor's degree, certified technical training). Then Skills could be omitted or we could combine some overlapping items into Skills but we might have thin section. However we have content for Skills: maybe we can list "Strong communication skills both verbal and written, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas, Proficiency in Office 365 platforms such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc." That's similar to Requirements. Could be redundant. Given instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called "Requirements". But we need to keep headings from list; we could use Requirements for all experience/qualifications/skills. Then we could have Benefits, Pay. That would be fewer sections. But we must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. No Schedule. So we output those five sections. Let's craft:

We must ensure no boilerplate: removed EEO statement, job posted date, etc. Also removed "We value collaboration..."? Actually we included hybrid working policy under Benefits. That's okay. The rest about "We value collaboration..." we omitted. Check for any duplicated lines: we have both "Effective oral and written communication" and "Strong communication skills both verbal and written". They are similar but both appear in posting; we keep both as separate items? Might be considered duplication but they are slightly different phrasing. Could be considered duplicate content; but instruction: remove duplicated lines. Might be safer to keep only one. Let's keep one communication skill item. Choose "Effective oral and written communication". Remove the duplicate. Also "Ability to read and understand engineering specifications, documents, and drawings." is unique. "Proficiency
