CS/SC Superintendent

Essential Functions

• Enforce company and OSHA safety policies; report issues to management as needed
• Lead daily field operations and follow established procedures and training standards
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are inspected, maintained, and kept in professional condition
• Coordinate repairs and communicate equipment needs to the shop
• Train and mentor crew members on proper practices and job expectations

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Outdoor construction environment with exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and weather extremes
• Physically active role requiring standing, walking, bending, lifting, and climbing
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs occasionally

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license with Medical DOT card (or ability to obtain)
• Must pass drug testing
