About the Program

The Cornerstone Internship Program (CSI) is designed to empower you to learn, grow, and lead in all the ways God has called you. • Kids
    • Engage in multi-faceted activities: preparing small groups, setting up rooms, building volunteer teams, rehearsals, and programming.
    • Serve over 500 kids and hundreds of volunteers weekly to help them know and love Jesus.
    • Learn every aspect of the ministry while growing in leadership and personal gifts.
  • Youth
    • Minister to 6th–12th grade students, helping them meet Jesus.
    • Develop relationships with students and volunteers.
    • Set up for Sundays and Wednesday nights, plan/execute large youth events, and support staff.
  • Adults
    • Work across multiple grow venues: small groups, Men’s/Women’s ministries, seminary-level Bible studies (e.g., The Mine), Young Adults, and Singles ministries.
    • Plan and execute events, collaborate on content, organize logistics, and launch classes.
  • Connections
    • Move people from attending services to engaging in the community.
    • Welcome people to church on weekends, help them take next steps, plan/execute events, recruit/train volunteers, and mobilize volunteers for city service.
    • Engage with global partners, assisting in logistics and leadership for mission trips.

Requirements

  • A growing follower of Jesus for at least two years.
  • High School graduate.
  • At least one year of experience volunteering in ministry.
  • A team player with a genuine love for people, a positive attitude, flexibility, and a sense of humor.
  • Ability to provide your own laptop.
  • Willingness to adhere to Cornerstone staff guidelines, values, and expectations.

Pursuing a seminary degree or prior ministry experience in your desired track is a plus, but not required if you feel called to full-time ministry.
